Pricing
We aim to offer all our clients high quality, value for money services. We want to be transparent at all times with our anticipated fees as we know unexpected bills are a source of worry when instructing a solicitor. We will discuss the costs relating to your case at our first meeting to ensure that you always know what is required of you and what to expect from us.
Fee paying arrangements
We will ask for a payment on account in the first instance and give you an estimate of what we would expect the case to cost overall.
Fixed fee
Whilst traditionally solicitors often charge for their work on an hourly basis we know that some people prefer more certainty in terms of costs when you are deciding to instruct a solicitor. Some of our services offer a fixed fee service, this is something the person handling your case will discuss with you.
Legal Aid
Legal aid is available in some areas of law and is generally based upon both your financial circumstances but also merits tests set by the Legal Aid Agency. At our first meeting with you we will consider whether your particular case can be funded by legal aid and if it can we will undertake the financial assessment to see if you are eligible.
