The ideal candidate:
Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate
Knowledge of Wills & Probate Law and procedures
Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients and their needs
Experience of building strong client relationships to encourage an active pipeline of work
Ability to operate file, case management and time recording systems in accordance with office procedures
Complying with professional practice rules
Assist in marketing activities and maintaining appropriate professional relationships with referrers
Undertaking necessary training and development relevant to your area of work/ expertise
