Grahame heads our Criminal and Mental Health departments 

Grahame Stowe Bateson, top solicitor Leeds, has over three decades of regular experience in both disciplines and Higher Rights of Audience, his work has spanned many facets. As a seasoned advocate he has represented clients in police stations and all criminal courts up to the Court of Appeal, before numerous Tribunals, Professional Bodies and Public Enquiries. His criminal work spans white collar crime which is of particular interest and covers prosecutions by local authorities, Insolvency Practice, Department of Business Regulation and he Health and Safety Executive to say but a few. In the field of Mental Health , Grahame regularly sits as President of the Mental Health Review Tribunal and heads a team of advocates who represent before that tribunal.
