Richard Howard was an Articled Clerk at Grahame Stowe Bateson and qualified 1992. Since then his practise has centred around family and crime. A member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel for last 10 years Richard has undertaken high level Public Law cases representing children, parents and Local Authority’s. Richard’s case load still includes Private Law matters, divorce, ancillary relief and Children Act matters.
With regards to criminal work, all aspects of crime are undertaken including the most serious before the Crown Court to road traffic offences before the Magistrates Court. A member of the Law Society’s Duty Solicitor Scheme for the last 12 years Richard also attends Police Stations. Richard holds Higher Rights in the Civil and Criminal Courts. Richard is a Partner at the Middleton Office.
