Leeds Solicitor Receives Customer Compliment

Grahame Stowe Bateson's Bramley office received a letter of compliment recently, following advice given at one of their free legal advice clinics.
Mr & Mrs Davison from Leeds attended the clinic due to problems they were having with a gardening firm regarding a verbal contract. They wrote to the gardening firm following the advice given by GSB Solicitors Bramley and were pleased to find their money was refunded after a mutual agreement to cancel the contract.
Richard Walters, partner at Grahame Stowe Bateson Solicitors in Bramley commented, "It's great when we receive compliments from customers, as it serves as a reminder that the free advice clinic is really helping people within our local communities.
"When we launched the clinic over 20 years ago, our motive was simply to create an environment where people who found themselves in difficult legal situations could get some free advice without obligation.
"With many people currently facing tough financial times, it gives us great satisfaction to be able to gice the people of Leeds some support."
